Fatal hit-and-run in West Houston under investigation
Monday February 7, 2011: Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run car accident in Houston that left a pedestrian dead. The collision was at Texas 6 south near Westheimer at about 3:30am on Sunday. Police said the man was walking northbound in the roadway of Texas 6 when the vehicle struck him; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
